Who it is forAdults with biopsy-confirmed primary FSGS, a urine protein-to-creatinine ratio of 1 g/g or more on a maximally tolerated ACE inhibitor or ARB, and eGFR of 25 or above.

AZD2373 in adults with APOL1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD) who carry two high-risk APOL1 variants (G1 and G2), measured by the change in urine albumin at 30 weeks (APPRECIATE).
Who it is forAdults 18 to 70 of African descent with a high-risk APOL1 genotype, a urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio of 300 mg/g or more, and eGFR of 25 or above.

Muvalaplin, an oral lipoprotein(a) inhibitor, for reducing heart attack and stroke risk in adults with high Lp(a) who have cardiovascular disease or are at risk of a first event (MOVE-Lp(a)).
Who it is forAdults with Lp(a) of 175 nmol/L or more who have had a cardiovascular event, or are at high risk of one, including reduced kidney function with diabetes.
